We have changed the San Miguel de Allende tour dates from October 8 – 16 to October 1 – 8, 2019. We wanted to miss the Cervantes Festival that will be commencing the second week in October and running through the end of the month with tens of thousands of people attending.
We will be going during the high season and for that reason the price will be $2,600.00 per person/double occupancy. For those of you who have never gone with Ambos Tours, we do small group tours only and take no more than 12 people.
Prices include airfare out of Hermosillo, all ground transportation, hotel, breakfast, guides and transportation at tour destinations, all taxes and entry fees and a bi-lingual guide to accompany you during the tour.
In addition to exploring San Miguel de Allende, the tour will include day trips to Guanajuato and Queretaro. There may also be an optional tour to an archaeological site which we are still working on arranging.
We will board a van in Nogales, Sonora at approximately 8 am on October 1 and drive to Hermosillo with a stop along the way at the 21K to get our FFM visa which is usually about $35. Since our tours run for 8 days, we are required to get the FFM permit, then it is on to Hermosillo. We will fly directly to Leon and then our van will take us to San Miguel.
Our return will be just the reverse, getting into Nogales, Son at approximately 10:30 pm on Oct 8.
A $350 non-refundable deposit per person is required to hold your spot. Please make your check payable to Ambos Tours and mail it to 269 W. Loma Street, Nogales, AZ 85621.
If you choose to use a credit card and my Square, there is an additional charge depending on whether I have your credit card or just entering your numbers. We can discuss that at the time.
I will be taking deposits immediately and since this tour seems to be one of the most popular, it is best you let me know if you intend to go.
Deposits are due by June 30 and final payment will be due 60 days prior to departure. Hope you join us! L.
