Ambos Tours Cancellation and Refunds Policy

Because our tours require planning and up-front expenses based on the number of participants, should you need to cancel a reservation for a tour, the following is our cancellation policy:

There are no refunds if you need to cancel your reservation on a tour.

However, with the exception of the long Mexico tours, we give half credit toward another tour within one year.

The long Mexico tours require a $350 non-refundable deposit to reserve your seat and full payment 75 days before departure.

We always suggest that you purchase trip insurance if you are doing a long Mexico tour.

If we need to cancel the tour for some reason, you will receive a full refund.
